Wedding at the Tepidarium in the Garden of Horticulture Florence

Barbara and Thomas

A romantic wedding in the old 19th-century greenhouse

Barbara and Tommaso chose a decidedly unique setting for their wedding: Giacomo Roster’s Tepidarium in the Horticultural Garden in Florence.

Located in the heart of the Horticulture Garden, it is a true gem that blends history, art, and a touch of exotic charm. This beautiful Art Nouveau greenhouse, built between the second half of the 19th century and the early decades of the 20th century, was the focus of a major exhibition horticulture project. Its elegant design and history-rich atmosphere make it a charming and atmospheric place. Set against a lush green backdrop, the Roster Tepidarium is a true architectural gem that adds a touch of beauty and romance to any event held there.

The choice of San Romolo Cathedral in Fiesole for the ceremony adds a touch of sacredness and history to Barbara and Tommaso’s wedding. After the celebration, the inevitable photo session in beautiful Florence certainly captured unforgettable moments of the couple, with the backdrop of some of the city’s most iconic views. The bride and groom were truly gorgeous and very elegant, immersed in an atmosphere that seemed suspended in time. The combination of the white of the structure with the light colors of the fittings created a perfect harmony and a sense of purity and brightness. Romance permeated every detail of the event, turning it into a truly unforgettable experience for all present.

To end in style, we turned the evening into a real disco. Complying with regulations on dance music after midnight, we provided guests with customized headphones to keep dancing into the night!
